ran to the cemetary for a warm up then went to the pit for mile repeats! We did 3 repeats that were supposed to be between 5:30-6:25. I missed the girls at byu camp and butters but thanks to Kaylee we finished the workout victorious with 6:19, 6:10, and 6:14. I'll be honest i was not looking forward to this workout but when we finished i felt super accomplished and it was awesome!
